PARADISE BLUFES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County o£ Butte resolve5:
The Board hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to
issue cnange orders for the work in Paradise Bluffs Assessment District
No. Z, under the following conditions:
l. To correct clerical and technical errors in the plans
' and specifications.
2. To modify the design of the zmprovement to accord with
better engineering practice or to achieve economy of
construction.
3. To adjust the design of the improvement to utility
, locations, soil conditions, ox other conditions unknown
or uncertain when plans were drawn.
Cost zncreases in change orders issued under this authority shall not
aggregate ~ore than the amount set aside for construction contingencies
in the cos~ estimate approved by the Board.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolation was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, heZd on the 17th day
of May, 1983, bp the folloiwng vote, to wit:
