As a part of the proceedings for improvements in Paradise
Bluf~s Assessment District No. 1, this Board approves that certain
agreement between the County of Butte and the Del Oro Water Company,
dated I~Fay ~7, 1983, and attached to this resolution.
The Chairman of the Board is authorized to sign the agreement
and the County Clerk is authorized to attest its execution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resoiution was duly and
reqularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Co~nty of Butte,
State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 17th day
of ~7ay, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:

This is an agreement between ~he Caun~y of Butte, a
politica~ 's~bdiv~sion of ~h~ Sta~e of •Ca~zfornia, hereinafter
re~erred ~.o as "County", and the DeZ Oro Watez Company,
hezeinaf ter r~£erred to as "DeZ Oro".
County Y~as begun proc~~dings fox imp.rovemen~s to be
macle in Pa'radise Bluf~s Assessmen~ District No. 1, Bu~~e County,
California',~ including a water sys~em. Said systam is to i~e
under ~he ',ownership, management and control of the Del Oro.
Therefore, pursuant to ~he provis~.ons of Sec~.ion 10~09 through
].Olll of the Stree~5 and Highways Code of ~he State of
Ca3.i~o~nia'' (The Municipal Tmprovement Act of 1913), the parties
agree as f,ollows:
'1. C~wiZ1. construc~t said wa~e~ system £acili~ies
an appurtenances t~ereto pursuant to assessment c~istrict
proceeding,s under the Mun~cipal T~nprovemen~ Act of 1913, in
accorclance with plans approved by Del Oro.
''2. IIpon completion o~ said water system by the
County, and acceptance by ~h~ De~ Oro, said wa~er system shail
cons~itute a part of the Del Oro's syst~m and shall at all times
~herea~ter,be owned, used, aperated, maa.nta~ned and managed by
~~ as part of said system. '
',3. County has included, as a par~ ot the ~o~al
assessment in said assessment distzict, the fo1.I.ow~.ng charges:
