GONCERNING CkL1NGES zN MAII3TAINED MILEAGE W~THIN
BUTTE GOUNTY
WI~REQS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides Chae in
May of each year County shall submit to fhe Departznent of Transporta~ion, State
of Cali£ornia, any additions to or exclusions from a.ts mileage of mainCa4ned
Countq roads,',specifying the termini and.mileage.of each rou~e added or excluded;
and
WHEREAS, ,~he Department of Transportation, State of California, certified
to the State Control3.er on March 31, 1983, that the total mi7.eage of maintained
County roads i,n Butte County was 1382.89 mi.les; and
WHEREAS, P,utte County now finds ChaC total mileage of maintained Gounty
roxds is 1377:40 miles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintai,ned
County roads be 1377.40 miles, as indicated in color on the maps marked
Exhibit "A" 1982, and in accordance wiCh Che additions, exclusions, ox correc-
tions to the tabulati,on marked Exhib£t "B" I982. Both exhibits are hereby made,
by reference thexeto, a part of this resolueion.
