Code require an agreement between the County of Butte and
special districts considering annexations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors that the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibzt "A",
is incorporated herein as if set forth in full and is hereby
approved!and executed by Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on this 7th day of June, 1983, by the following
vote:
AvES: Supervfsors Fulton, Moseley, Saraceni, Wheeler
and Chair polan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
