RESOLUTIOK ABANDONING A BUILDING SETBACK EASEMENT
This matte~ came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of rhe County of Butte, State of California, on
', 1983, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
~uilda.ng, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of 'Time and ~'lace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by laur, and restimony and evidence,
both oral and docc~mentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds tk~at the hereinafter described
Building Setback Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the build~.ng setback easemene situated in the
County of Butte, State of Cali.fornia, as hereinafeer more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o~ said building setback easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butire, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
PARA-ISE PINES COUNTRX CLUB ESTATES #3, LOT 137
BuiTdin Setback Easement
Being the mvst northeasterly 5 feek of that certain
25-toot building setbaek easement lying within a
portion of Section 36, T23N, R3E, M.D.M., also being
a portion of Lot 137 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Country Club Estates Unit #3 tecorcied in Book
38,!Maps of Record at Pages 64 through 68, County of
Butte, State of California, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beirig the most northeasterly 5 feet of Chat certain
25-foot b~ilding setback easement Iying noreheasterly
of and contiguous to the southwesterly lot line of
said Lot 137, commencing at the mosC southerly 1ot
corner of said Lot 137, thence N 28°34'29" E 20 feet
to the true point of be~inning, thence N 61°25'31"
W 120 feet, thence N 28 34'29" E 5 feet, thence
S 6i°25'31" E 120 feet, thence S 28°34'29" W 5 feet
to the point of beginning and the end of this
description.

The Map showing the easement to be abandoned is
on file in the Office of Butte County Department
of Public Wo=ks, #7 County Centez Drive, ~rovi~le,
California.

3.' That the Clerk of this Boaxd shall cause a certified
copy of this!Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o£ the County of Butte, State of California, ro be recorded in the
o~fzce of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
