iVHE'~tEA5, heretofore on April 26~ 1983~ the Board nf Supexvisoxs
af the County of Butte, State of California, adopted an~ passed a
resolution of natice of intention to extend fire hydrant seT'vice
~vithin the established Gounty Service Area ~a. 30; and
WHEREA5, said resolution fixed the 7th day of ~une, 1983 at
1~:30 a.m. in the Board o£ Supervisors Room of the County o£ Bu~te
A~~inistration Center in the City of 4rovi1le, State of Califoxnia,
as the time'and place for the public hearing on the extension a~
said services to the existing County Service Area No. 3~ and the
assessment of a service charge; and
WHEREAS, no written protest against the establishment and
extension thereof was filed in accordance with Section 252~0.27
Government Code,
NOW, THERBFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte~ State of California as ~allows:
1. That said Board hereby finds and•determines that th~
pro¢eedings"herein were conducted pursuant to Section 2521D.1
et seq, of the Government(bde and that publication and notices were
given pursuant thereto and that said Baard ~~nds and determines
that the services described in the resolutian of intentian are
extended coi~nty ser~-ices.
Z. That said Board hereby determ9.nes to extend said county
services to:County Service Area No. 30.
3. That the boundaries of said service area are hereby finally
determined and establishefl to be the same as are shown on ~xhzbit A
attached hereto and i.ncoxparated herein by refere~ce and made a part
hereuf. by this resnlution.
4. That the name of said servzce area so established shall
remain County Service Area No. 30.

5. That the type n£ extanded service to be added within
said service area is tire hydrant service.
6. The said county seruice area exCensian shall be for all
purposes sub}ect only to compliance with the requirements of Chapter
8, Part 1, Division 2, Tit~e S af the Gavexnment Code, and subject
to the provisions of Article 2.5, Chapter 2.2o Part 1, Division 2,
Title 3 of the Government Code of the State of Califo~mia.
