provides that local governments must establish annual a~rropria-
Cions limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEP.EAS, Section 791.0, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governin~ body of each local jurisdzction shall,
bp resolution, establish i~s appropriations 1i~r.it ~or the following
year at a reg~larly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Contro~ler has calculated the BuCCe
County appropriations 1i~rit for fiscal year I.983-1984~ to be
,~25,094,257.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ TT RESOLVED, that the app~opriations
li.mit for Butte County is established to be $25,094,257 for
fiscal year 19$3-1984, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the deter-
rnination thereot are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the
California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, Gounty of
Butte, State of California, this 14th day of June , 1983.
