NOW, THEREFORE, BE TTI~SOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BUTTE COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, as follows;

Ager~cy Formation Commissfan in accordance with the Knox-Ne~~aitt Ac't,
beginning with Gavernment Code Section 54773, for establa.shm~nt o~
Caunty Service Area Naa ~"~ , the extera.or boundaries o~ the proposed
service ~.rea ax~e descri~ed in Exha.bi~t "A" attached hereta and made a
paxt hereof by this ref~rence.
2. Estab~ishment a£ sai,d service area is proposed under county
service area 1aw [Chap~er Z.2, Part Z, Divisian 2, Title~ 3 af fihe
Government Coda, b~gi.nning with Section 25210.].), The type of ex~ended
service pro~osed ~o~ be provid~d is s~orm draa.nage.
