established a County Serv~ce Area Loan Revolving ~'und; ar~d
I~IHEREAS, Government Cod~ §25210.9c provides ~hat a Coun~y r~ay appropr~ate
any o-F ~ts availab1e ~nonies ta such fund in an amount not to exceed $500,000; and
~1HEREAS, said §252Ip.9c ~urther prov3des that said revoiving fund sha11
be reir~bursed from mani~s made ava31a6ie ~rom a benef~~ing service area and that na
sums shail be d~sbursed ~From the revolving fund unti7 the Board of SuPervisors has,
by resolution, estab7ished a method by and ~erm (not exceeding ~'ive years) with~n
which t~e caun~y serv7ce area is to reimburse the revolving fund, and specif7ed
that -~he service area shali also re~mburse the -Funds for interest at the current
ra~e per annum received on s~mi3ar types of ir~vestments, as dete~^mined by the County
Treasurer; and
WHER~AS, the Bu~te County Board of St~perv~sars has determined that there
is a need ~o provide continued ma~ntenance in County Serv7ce Area Na. 82, ~n fisca7
year 1982-83.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT ~tESOLVED by the Butte County Board o~' Supervzsors that:
1.. That $200.00 is ~o be disb~rsed from County Serv~ce Area Loan Revo1v~ng
Fu~d to County Service Area No. 82.
2. The sum d~sbursed ~o the abave-reference~ county service area sha11
be re~mbursed ta ~he Coun~y Service Area Loan Revo7ving Fund accordTng to au~hor~zed
statutes.
