PETITION TO ABAN-ON A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Soard has received a pe~ition from Ray Holt,
and others, requesting the abandonment of a drainage easement; and
C~HEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Boazd shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Superviso~s:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice tha~ at its
regular meetzng on JuZy 19 , 1983, at i1:3o a•m., in the
Boatd Chambers, Bu~Ce County Administ~ation Buildzng, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Lot 9, Schott Subdivision
Being that certain 12-foot drainage easement lying
with~n a portion of 5ection 36, T23N, R3E, M.D.M.,
also lying within a portion of Lot 9 as shown on the
Map of Schott Subdivision recorded in Book 80 Maps of
Record aC Pages 96 to 98, County of Butte, Srare of
Califotnia, more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 12-foot drainage easement being 6
feet on each side of the following described line,
beginning at the northwesterly cotner of sazd Lo~ 9,
thence S 77°29'S7" E, 793.62 feet to the northwest
corner of Lo~ 6 of said subdivision and the end of
the described line.
Said Map showing the drainage easement to be abandoned
is on file in ~he office of the Butte County Department
oF Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.

2. That a map showing said portion of said drainage
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, Cali~ornia.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published p~rsuant
to tfie provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 0~ Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
