PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTiLITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from W. T.
Ambrose, an~ others, requesting the abandonment of a public utilxty
easement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chap~er 3, Paxt 3 of Division 9 oE
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
foL a heating on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisots:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on August 9 , 1983, at 10:00 a,m., in the
Board Chambexs, Butte County Admxnisrration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonmen~ of the
following described easement:
See ~xhibit "A" Attached.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Wo~ks
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroviile, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and pubiished pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, ParC 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
