WHEREAS, ~his Board ~as received a petition from W. T.
Ambrose, and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
ease~ent and light and aix easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, puxsuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 af
California S~xeets and Highways Code, this Boa~d ~ha~~ set a date
for a hearing on the pe~ition for abandonmen~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~LVED by the Board of Supervisors:

Record at Pages 48 anc~ 49, Co~nty of Butte, S~ate of
Cal.ifornia, more particularly described as ~o~lows:
