aF RICHARD STENBERG
WHEREAS, Richard Sten6erg has served the citizens of the tounty of Butte as a ~eputy
Sheriff for the past 24 years; and
WHEREAS, Richard Sten6erq was appointed Chtef in charge of the Griminal Investigatian
Bureau in 7962 and appointed as Undersheriff in ~uly, 1964; and
I~fiElt~AS, Ricf~ard 5ten6erg retired on May 31, 1363;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVE~ that this Board, on its own behal~F, and on behaif of
the residents nf the County a# Butte, expresses appreciatian to Richard 5tenberg far the
unse3f9sh devo'tion and ded'[cation ta his ~ob w811e performtng h~s duties in the Sheriff's
