This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, S~ate of CalifoEnia, on
July 19 , 1983, i.n the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Building,.Otoville, California, and it appearing to saici Board tt~at
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from
which said Board nora finds that the hereinafeer described Drainage
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the drainage easemenr situated in the County of
Buete, State of Caiifornia, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said drainage easement so
abandoned is situated in the Coun~y of Butte, State of Califotnia,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 9, Schott Subdivision
Being that certain 12-foot drainage easement lying
within a portion o~ Section 36, T23N, R3E, M.D.M.,
aiso lying within a portion of Lot 9 as shown on the
Map of Schott Subdivision recorded in Book 80 Maps of
Record at Pages 96 to 98, County of Butte, State of
Califo~nia, more part9cu].arly described as follows:
Being that certain 12-foot dzainage easement being 6
feet on each side of the following described line, ~,
beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 9, o
thence S 77°29'57" E, 793.62 feet to the northwest ~
corner of Lot 6 of said subdivision and the end of pp
the described line. ~
