[~iEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted P~esolution
83-122 on 3uly ].2, 1983 providing for a loan of $5,500.00 to
County Service Area ~~30, Vallombrosa Lighting and Fire Hydrants;
and,
~~IHEREAS, certain sections of Resol.ution I~Tumber 83-122
wexe in error;
N4U], THEREFORE, SE ZT RESOLVED, by the Butte County
~oa~d of Supervisors fhat Sections 1 through 5 of ltesolution
83-122 are deleted and replaced by Che following:
l. That $5,500.00 is to be disbursed fron- the County
Serv~ce Area Loan Revolving ~'und Co County Service Area ;k30,
Vallambrosa Lighta.ng and Fire Hyc~rants ;
2. The sum disbursed to the above re~erenced County
Service Area shall be reimbursed to the County Service Area Loan.
Revolving Fund according to authorized statu~es.
