RES~LUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
This mattet came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Sraee of California,
on ~~gust 30 ~~483, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cali~ornia, and ie appearing to
1. That the public utility easement and light and air
said Boa=d that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as tequired by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said heaLing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Pub~ic Utility Easement and.Light and Air
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospecrive public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
