RESOLUTION OF Tt~E BOARD QF SUPERVISD1tS
GaNGRATULATING THE
CHICO AMERICAN LEGION BAS~BALL TEANE'S St]GCESS
WHEREAS, the Btttte County BoaFd of Supervisars wishes to publicly
acknowledge thia as one of tE~e proudest moments in Cha community's histoEy; and
WHEREAS, the event dxawing community congratulations and attenCion Co
the Chico Acnerican Legion Baseball Team is their patticipation in the American
Lagion Worid Series; and
WHEREAS, the Chico Team wi11 be returning to 8~tte County shortly; and
WHE~AS, the Board of 3upervisors wishes to make a particular point of
congratulating Che Chico America^ Legion SasebaJ.L Team for their o~tstanding
accomplishments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~3~, that:
1. This moment in Butte County history wili be duly recorded by this
Resol.ution and the oEficiai minutes of the Butte County Board of Supervisors.
2. Butte County Board of Supervisors offers its whoLehearted and
unquali~ied congratulations and best wisF~es fot the continued pazticipation of
