The Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte
resolves:
As a part of the proceedin~s for improvements a.n
Lakeridge Vi.llage Assessment Dis~rict, County of Butte,State of
Ca].ifornia, this Board ~pproves a deed of conveyance to 1'acific
Gas and Electric Company, attached to this resolution.
The Chair of' the Board of Supervisors is authorized to
si~n the deed of conveyance and the Chief Administrative Officer and
Clerk of the Board is authorized to attes~ its execution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
