RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING [~1QNIES Tb
COUNTY S~P.VICE AREA NUMB~R 87
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Resolution No. 75-82,
established a County Service Area Loan Revolving Fund; and
4JHEREAS, Government Code Section 25210.9c provides that a County may
appropriate any of its availab7e monies to such fund in an amount not to exceed
~500,000; and
WHER~AS, said Section 25210.9c further provides that said revolving fund
shall be reimbursed #rom monies made available from a benefiting service area and
that no sums sha71 be disbursed from the revolving fund until the Board of Superwisors
has, by resolution, established a method by and ~erm (not exceeding five years) within
~~hich the county service area is to reimburs~ the revolving fund, and specified that
tEie service area sha71 aiso reimburse the funds i`or interest at the current rate per
annum received on similar types of 9nvestments, as determined by the County Treasurer;
and
WHEREAS, the Butte County 6oard of Supervisors has determined that there is
a need to provide maintenance in County Service Area No. 87, Keefer Road/Rock Creek
Drainage, in fiscal year 1983-i984.
N041, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that:
1. That ~790.00 is to be disbursed from County Service Area Loan Revolving
Fund to Coun~y Service Area No. 87, Keefer Road/Rock Creek Drainage.
2. Th~ sum disbursed to the above-referenced county service area sha71 be
re~mbursed to the County Service ~1rea Loan Revalving Fund according to authorized statutes.

Qctober, 1983, by ~he following vote:
