S. Lisk, and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and light and air easement as descrzbed below; and
GIHEREAS, puzsuant to Chapter. 3, Pare 3 of Dfvision 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing an the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
i. That this Boar.d hereby gives notice ~ha~ at its
regular meeting on November 15
, 1983, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administrat~on Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of t~e
following desctibed easement:
LINDO WEST SUBDIVISION, LQT 20
LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
Being 10 feet of that certain 20-foot light and air
easement lying within T22N, R1E, M.D.M., lying
within Lot 20 of Lindo West Subdivision as shown on
the map of said subdivision, recorded in Book 80
maps of record at Pages 32 and 33, County of Butte,
State of California, more parri~ularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said 1ot
20; thence S 61° 02' 00" W 10.59 feet more or less
to the true point o~ beginning, thence nortewesterly
along a non-tangent curve to the left with a radius
of 160 feet through a central angle of 13° 54' 40"
an arc length of 38.85 feet more or less to the
beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of
240 feet through a cen~ral angle of $° 21' 29" an
arc (sic) length of 35.01 feet more or less to the
northwesterly lot line of said LoC 20, thence S 61°
02' 00" W 11.02 feet more or less, thence south-
easterly along a non-tangent curve to the left with
a radius o~ 25Q feet through a central angle of 9°
26' 32" an arc length of 4I.20 feet more oL less to
the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius
of 150 feet through a cen~ral angle of 12° 31' 31"
an atc length of 32.79 feet more or less to the
southeasterly Iot line of said Lot 20, thence N 61°
02' 00" E, 1~.68 feeti more or less to the True
Point of Beginning.

lying contiguous to and parallel with the north-
wes~erly lot line of said Lot 20.
The map showing t~e light and air easement to be
abandoned, is on file in rhe Office of Buttie
Couney Department of Public Works, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
SCreets and Highwaqs Code.
