forwarded official notice of amounCS due ButCe Coun~y under ~he Federa7.-Aid Secondary
Highway Act, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2208 and 2210 of Cfie
Streets and Highways Code, as follows:
Federal-Azd SecondaTy Funds $355,286
State Highway Fund Money $L00,000
for Matcfiing
WTiEREAS, Section 2211 of the Streets and Highways Code requires the County
w3.th3.n 60 days of receiving such notice to notify the Department as to wh2t amount
of apport~,onment the County wishes to claim and to agree to provide any County
matching funds as may be necessary after first considering the sum made avaflable
under Streets and Highways Code Section 2210;
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED tihati ~he County of BuCte does
hereby notify the California DepartmenC of Transportation tihat the Conney o~ Butte
claims the said apportionment and the whole thereof, and that the CounCy of Butte
does hereby agxee eo provide anq Countq matching ~unds required as may be necessary
after firsC considering the sum made available under Streets and Highways Code
Section 2210,
