by the jurisdictional change may negotiate on its own . ~

WH~REAS, Sec~ian 9g further p,ravides zn Subsection B, para~ragh $,
subpart {d): ~

WHEREAS, the Tab~e M untain IrrigatiariDistrict has proposed
reorganzzatinr~ designat~d: ~nnexation Concaw Reservair" which reorgan-
iz~-~ion wi11 affect the boundaries and serv.ice area a~' Tab~e Mountain
Trrigation ~istrict, and
WHEREAS, ~he services to be rendered by Tab1~ Mc~untain Trriga~.ion.
District t~rithi.n the annexed a~ea are in-~endecl to be funded }ay charges
ra~th~r than by prope~ty taxes;
N4W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o~' Directors o~ the
Table Mountain ~r~igata.an, Da.strict as follows:

1. That Table Mountain ~rzi.gata.on Di.strict does nat Gi~i?~ p~'op-
erty tax revenu~s, or futur.e annual increments ta property tax revenues
generated within thc~ area which is th sub~ect ma~ter of the proposal
known as °Annexa-~ion Concow Reservoir".
2. That the presiden~ o~ the Board i5 authorized on behal.~ o~
Table Mauntain ~rx'~gatian District, to waive any claim far such praperty
tax revenues and to sign any agr~ernents nec~ssary to carry out the
purposes of this Resolution: and
3. That this Resolution does not constitute a"master
property tax transf~r agreEmen~` w.ithin the aneainig o~ Revenue and
Taxatipn Code Section 99 (d), it being the intention of the Board that
this Resnlutian app~.y on1.y to ~he p~opasa~. knawn as "Annexation Concot~r
Reservo~r° and tha~. the exchange of p~operty tax revenues on ~'uture pro--
posals W~ii bE considered on. a case by case: bas~s.

Table Moun~ain Irrigation District on Oc~ober 20, 1.983.
