BETWEEN THE TABLE MOUNTAIN TRRTGATION DISTRICT
AND BUTTE C~UNT'? REGARDING
THE EXCHANGE OF PROPERTV TAX REVENUES
RELATED TO THE CONCOW RESERVOIR ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the provisions of the Revenu2 and Taxation Code
require an agreement between the county of Butt2 and special
districts considerinq annexations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEp by the Board ot Supervisors
that the agreement attached hezeto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein as if set forth in full, are hereby approved and executed
by Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this lst day of November, 1983, by the following vote:
