RELATED ~Q THE CONCOW RESERVOTR ANNEXA~TON
WHEREAS, the provisions ot the Revenue and Taxation Code
require an agreement between the county of Butte and special
districts considering annexations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors
that the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein as if set forth in full, are hereby approved and executed
by Butte County.

this lst day of November, 1983, by the following vote:
