RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND LIGHT AND AIR EASBMENT
This matter came on regulazly for heaza.ng before the
Board of St~pervisars of the County of Butte, State of California,
pn November 15
, 1983, in rhe Board Chambers, BuCte County
Administration Building, Oroville, CaJ.ifornia, and it appearing to
said Boaxd that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testi~ony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, frouE which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public tJtility Easemene and Lighe and Air
EasemenC is unne~essary for presen~ or prospe~Cive pubZic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and light and air
easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as
hereinaftet more particulariy described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and light and air easement so abandoned is situated in the County
of Butte, State of Californza, and mote particula~ly described
as follows:
LINDO WEST SUBDIVISION, LOT 20
LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
Being 10 feet af that certain 20-foot light and air
easement lying within T22N, R1E, M.D.M., lying
within Lot 20 of Lindo West Subdivision as shown on
the map of said subdivision, recorded in Book 80
maps o~ tecotd at Pages 32 and 33, County of BuC~e,
State of California, more particularly described as

Commencing at the most easterly corner of said lot
20; thence S bl° 02' 00" W 10.59 feet more or. less
to the true point of beginning, thence nottewesterly
along a non-tangent curve to the left with a radius
of 160 fee~ through a central angle of 13° 54' 40"
an arc length of 38.85 feet mote or less to the
beginning of a cu~ve ro the right with a zadius of
240 feet through a centr.al angle of 8° 21' 29" an
arc (sic) length of 35.01 feet more or less to the
northwesterly lot line o~ said ~ot 20, thence S 61°
02' 00" W 11.02 feet more or less, thence south-
easterly along a non-Cangent curve to the left with
a radius of 250 ~eet through a central angle of 9°
26' 32" an arc length of 41.20 feet mor.e or less to
the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius
of 150 feet through a centr.al angle of 12° 31' 31"
an arc ~ength of 32.79 feet more ot less to the
soueheasCerly lot ~ine of said ~ot 20, thence N 61°
42' 00" E, 10,68 feet more or less to the True
Point of Beginning.
Excepting therefrom tihe most northwesterly 3 fEet
lying within the 3-£oot public utility easement
Iying contiguous to and paral~el with the north-
westerly lot line of said Lot 20.
The map showing the light and air easement to be
abandoned, is on file in the Office of Sutte
Countq Depar.tment of Public Works, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That the Clerk of this Board sha~l cause a certified
copy of rhis Resolution, with the seal o~ the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butee, SCate of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State o~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Burte County Board of Supervisors:
this 15th day of Novem~er , 1983, by the following vote.
