PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WH~REAS, rhis Board has received a petition from Rosalie Rath
and others, requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement;
and
W~IEREAS, puzsuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Hzghways Code, ~his Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition £or abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board heteby gives notice that at its
tegular meeting on sanuary 10 ,~984, a~ 10:0o a,~,, in
the Bvard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Calz~ornia, a hearing shal~ be he~d on the abandonment of the
followin~ desCxibed easemenr:
Being those certain 6-foot public utility easements
lying within T22N, R1E, as shown on the map of Peach
Tree Place Subdivision Lots 7, 8, and 9 recorded in
Book 66 maps of record at pages 32 and 33, County of
Butte, State of Califarnia, more particularly
described as follows:
Being the northwesterly 71 €eet, of that certain
6-foot public utility easement lying 3 feet on each
side of and contiguous to the Lot lfne common to
lots 7, 8 of said Peach Tree Place Subdivision.
Befng the northwesterly 71 feet of that certain
6-foot public utility easement lying 3 feet on each
side of and contiguous to the lot line common to
lots 8 and 9 of said Peach Tree Place Subdivision.
The map showing the public utility easements to be
abandoned is on file in the office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, #7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.

3. That this Resolueion be posted and published pursuant
