Co wity of Butte nas approved ~he forr~ation of Co wity Service Area

1. County Service Area iVo. 91 is proposea to ~e estaU-
lisheci u~ider the terms o£ the aforesaicl chapter in the unincorporated
arEa of Butte County. The boundaries of ~he territory pro~osed ~or
iaiclusion in the area are clescribed in Exl~ibit "A" jahich is attaclied
h~reto and made a part hereof by tl~is reference.
2. This service area sha11 be called County 5ervice ~~rea
iVo. 91-Waco L1evelogment (Street Ligntii~g).
3o The type of extended servi.ce to l~e ~rovided is
street lighting.
4. The Board intends to levy a sarvzce c2aarbe to ~~ay fo~
street lightin~ services in. Count~~ Serua.ce Axea :~o. 91, The service
char~e ~vill ve assessed in accordance l~ith Govarnment Coc1e Section
25210.77 (a) and i~utte County Code Section 21.85 t~irougii Z1.90.
Said service charge wi11 i~ot be assessecl until after review and
adoZ~tioii of a repart to be co~~sidered at a public ~iearing schedulec'
for ti~e 1984-35 fiscal year.
5. On January 24, 1954, at I0:0'Q a.m. a~ublic hearing ~vill
be held on the establishr~ent of said servi.ce area in tiiP Butte County
~aarcl of Supervisors Room at 25 Caunty Gentex Drive, ~rovi~le,
California.
