CDURT, PURSUANT TO AB 243, FOR PURPOSE OF MICROGRAPHICS FOR
~FIE CI,~'RK~S OF'F'I~E, ~I'FECTTVE JANUARY l, 1984, TO CONTINUE
UNTIL_JANIIARY l, 1988
4lHk,'REAS, the Legislature enacted into 1.aw Assemb3.y Bill IVo. AB-243,
Ch.apt. 969, Statutes of 1983, which raises tHe C1erk°s filing fees in the
Superior Court, $~,00 as set fbrth in said Bill No. AB-243, for exclusive
use for micrographics and/or automation programs for the Court Section of
the County Clerk's Officee
WIiEREAS, this Board finds that itnplementation of ~he new fee authorized
by Chap~er 969, Bill No. AB-z43, Statutes of 1983, is both reasonable and
necessary;
IVQW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOT~VED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that Clerk's filing fees in the Butte County Superior Court are raised $31.00
as set forth and in accordance with Chapter 969, AB 2~t3, ef£ective January 1, 1g84,
and the Clexk of the Court is directed to prepare a new fee schedule in accordance
therewzth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Putte County Board of Supervisors this ~,3~h
day o£ Dece~nber y 1983, by the following vote:
