BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 833
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 820 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1964-65
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do orda in as follows:
1. That Ordi nance No. 820 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No, 33 of said Ordinance, entitled
"Public Works Depar tment, Engine ering & Administration" is
amended to read as follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 12th day of January , 1965, by the following vote
AYES; Supervisors Giles, Maxon, I'icKillop abed Chairman Pryde
NOES : None
