AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTX
ORDINANCE NO. 595
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali
do ordain as follows;
That Butte County Ordinance No. 595 is hereby amended in the
following particulars:
Section 1 of said ordinance is amended to read as followss

SECTION 1. The hereinbelow described area, situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, sli~all be and it is hereby
zoned as an "A:+3" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall die
subject to the restrictions, restricted uses and regulations herein
after specified and provided, The area so zoned (hereinafter refer,
to as District) is described as followss
A11 properties within Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, I2, 13,.
14, 15, I6, 2I, 22, 23, 24 , 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36 of T. 18 N.R
4E.; and all properties within Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of
T. 18 N.R. 5E., excluding therefrom all properties lying west of th
Upper Falermo Road, PalermoaTXoncut Road, and its extension.
This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in ful
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names
of the members voting fax and .against it, in the ,
a newspaper published in the County'of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 12~_ day of ,7anuary , 196
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
