2 Ax? ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 820 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNQ~7N AS THE '1SALARY ORDINANCE"
4 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
5 California, do ordain as follows:
6 1. That Ordinance Noe 820 of the County of Butte is
7 hereby amended as follows:
8 (a) That Section No, 13, entitled "CLERK9°, is amended by
9 deleting therefrom
10 Salary Range No, of Positions Classification Titie
11 22 3 Superior Court Clerk
12 and adding thereto
13 2'L 4 Superior Court Clerk
14 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
15 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
lg fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
I7 the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
18 in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif
19 ornia.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of Butte, State of California, this 9th. day of Marcha 1965,
22 by the following vote:
23 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
24 NOES : None
