AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 820 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE TCNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttes State of
California,r do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 820 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 1$, entitled "DISTRICT ATTORNEY &
PUBLIC ADiKINISTRATOR"P is amended by deleting therefrom
salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
20 2 Clerk III
and adding thereto
20 3 Clerk III
2. This Ordinance shall take eff ect thirty (30) days
of ter the date of its adoption, and bef ore the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage,, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same.,. oncer
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,. State of Calif-
orniaa
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butter State of Californian this 16th day of Marche,
1965., by the following vote:
