AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY
ORDINANCE NOS, 595, 646, 71l AND 794
l The Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Calif
2 ornia, does ordain as follows:
3 That Butte County Ordinance Nos. 595, 646, 711 and 794 are
4 hereby amended in the following particulars:
5 SECTION 2, The following regulations shall apply in an "A~3't
6 (Agricultural) Districts
7 2.1 Uses Permitted:
$ (a) Single»family dwellings
9 (b) General farming, horticulture, commercial livestock,
10 poultry production, :°~warehouse and storage
11 (c) Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the permitted
12 uses, including agricultural processing plants
13 (d) Housing facilities (including trailers) to accommodate
14 -only agricultural employees and theiz families employed by the
15 owner or operator of the premises; and provided fuzthez th<ct such
16 housing facility shall be considered accessory to the main building
17 but shall conform to the provision pertaining to required yard and
18 open space for dwellings
19 2.2 The following uses subject to securing a Use Permit in
20 each case:
21 (a) Golf courses and country clubs
22 (b) Public or quasi-.public uses including churches, fire
23 houses, hospitals and clinics, parks and playgrounds, schools,
24 public utility buildings and professional buildings.
25 2.3 Minimum I.ot Axea Required: Five (5) ~er~s.
26 This Ordinances shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
27 full force and effect fzom and after thirty (30) days after the
28 date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
29 after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the
30 names of the members of the Boazd voting for and against it in
31 the , a newspaper published 3n the County
32 of Butte, State of California.
