ESTABLISH HELIPORT AT THE BUTTE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER,
OROVILLE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Butte County Sheriff's Department in cooperation with
other law enforcement agencies has determined th.e need to establish an official
heliport; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation Division of Aeronautics,
Sacramento requires the Board's expression of intention to apply; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors designates the Butte
County Sheriff or his designee to proceed with the requirements set forth by
the Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Butte County Sheriff, on
behalf of the Butte County Board of Supervisors, will proceed with application
for establishment of a Butte-County Heliport located at the Butte County
Government Center, Oroville, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTEp by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 10th
day of January 1984 , by the following vote:
