Resolution N0. 84-06
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 82-110
WHEREAS, this Board adopted Resolution No. 82-110, which
Resolution established building permit fees and which further provided
for refunding of fees in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to provide for a greater lengl:h~
of time in which permit fees may be refunded,
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Part 3 of
the refunding of Fees section of Resolution No. 82-110 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"3 The building official may authorize the refunding of
permit fees paid within three years of the date of issuance
of the permit providing no work has been done."
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Part 4 of the Refunding of Fees
section of Resolution No. 82-110 is amended to read as follows:
"~i. The building official may authorize the refunding of
the permit fees paid if the permit requested is not issued
within three years from the date of fee payment."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this lath day of January , 19$4, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, 44hee1er and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING : None ~
