RESOLUTION ABANDONING_A_PUBLIC_UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
Janilary 10 , 198 q, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being those certain 6-foot public utility easements
lying within T22N, R1E, as shown on the map of Peach
Tree Place Subdivision Lots 7, 8, and 9 recorded in
Book 66 maps of record at pages 32 and 33, County of
Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being the northwesterly 71 feet, of that certain
6-foot public utility easement lying 3 feet on each
side of and contiguous to the'Lot line common to
lots 7, 8 of said Peach Tree Place Subdivision.
Being the northwesterly 71 feet of that certain
6-foot public utility easement lying 3 feet on each
side of and contiguous to the lot line common to
lots 8 and 9 of said Peach Tree Place Subdivision.
The map showing the public utility easements to be ~ '
abandoned is on file in the office of Butte County i~
Department of Public Works, #7 County Center Drive, Cl.~
Oroville, California. ~

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 10th day of -January 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and
Chairman Saraceni
NOES: Nine
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
