RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
FINDING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE
AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF'UNINHABITED TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS 83-22 TTD CONCOW RESERVOIR ANNEXATION,
AND ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF SATD TERRITORY

WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November, 1983, the Butte County
Board of Supervisors adapted Resolution No.83-176, giving notice of
the proposed annexation of uninhabited territory designated as
83-22 TTD Concow Reservoir Annexation. This territory is moxe
fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
by this reference; and
WHEREAS, said resolutions set November 29, 1983 at 10:30 a.m.
as the time for hearing of protest against said annexation; and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk did cause notice of said hearing
to be posted and published, and property owners to be notified as
provided in Government Code Sections 56431 and 56432; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said resolution
giving notice of said hearing, the Board determined that a majority
protest was not made; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission
has approved the proposed annexations; and
WHEREAS, the Boaxd has determined that the Butte County
Local Agency Foxmation Commission has approved the negative declara-
tion for the proposed annexation.:;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors as follows:
1. That all that certain territory designated as 83-22
TID Concow Resexvoir Annexation be annexed to and included within
both the Thermalito Irrigation District and the Table Mountain
Irrigation District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on this 10th day of January, 1984, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Moseley, wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: Supervisors Dolan and Fulton
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
