RESOLUTION EXTENDING~STREET LIGHTING SERVICE
T T0~ COUNTY 'S'~~R~-E~ 'AREA~FIrO~. ~80 - ~' ~'
WHEREAS, heretofore on December 13, 1983, the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
adopted and passed a resolution of notice of intention to form
County Service Area No. 91 (Street Lighting); and
WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the 24th day of ~7anuary,
1984, at 10:00 a. m., ~.n the Board of Supervisors' Room of the
County Administration Center in the City of Oroville, State of
California, as the time and place for public hearing on the
formation of County Service Area No. 91 (Street Lights), and the
assessment of a service charge; and
WHEREAS, no written protest against the establishment
of County Service Area No. 91, or the extension of similar powers
to County Service Area No. 80 was filed in accordance with Section
25210.17 of the Government Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Ca1i~£ornia, as follows;
1. That the Board hereby finds and determines that the
proceedings herein were conducted pursuant to Section 25210.1
et sea, of the Government Code and that publication and notices
were given pursuant. thereto and that said Board finds and deter-
mines that the services described in the resolution of intention
are extended county services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to extend said
county services to County Service Area Na. 80.
3. That the boundaries of said service area are hereby
finally determined and established to be the same as are shown
on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
and made apart hereof by this resolution.

within said service area is street lighting service.
6. The said county service axea extension shall be
for all purposes subject only to compliance with the require
meets of Chapter 8, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government
Code, and subject to the provisions of Article 2.5, Chapter 2.2,
S'art 1, Division 2, Title 3 of the Government Gode of the State
of California.

County of Butte, State of California on this 24th day of January,
1984, by the following vote:
