RESOLUTION CREATING THE PARADISE AREA TASK FORCE OPItJASTEWATER MANAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, hereby establishes the Paradise Area Task Farce on Wastewater
Management as follows:
Purpose. The purpose of the Paradise Area Task Force on Wastewater
Panagement is to .provide advice to the Board of Supervisors concerning the
effect of Upper Ridge Wastewater on the integrity of ground water above and
in the Town of Paradise.
Membership. The Task Force shall consist of the County's
Environmental Health Director; the engineer for the Town of Paradise; one
member of the Town of Paradise Planning Commission; the manager of the
Paradise Irrigation District; and a representative from the Upper Ridge
Coordinating Council. The County's Environmental Health Director shall
act as staff for the Task Force.
Sunset provision. The Task Force shall be dissolved on December 31,
1984 unless otherwise continued by action of the Board of Supervisors.
Meet?n~s. The Commission shall meet as necessary and at locations
determined convenient for members of the Task Force.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on this 31st day of January, 1984 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
