RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION
OF JOE CARLILE
WHEREAS, Joe Carlile began his employment with the County
of Butte on October 7, 1963, when he was appointed. to the position
of Agricultural Inspector III; and
WHEREAS, Joe Carlile was later promoted to Assistant
Agricultural Commissioner on February 21, 1973; and
WHEREAS, Jae Carlile retired from the County of Butte on
January 31, 1984, after having been employed for some 20+ years;
WHEREAS, Joe Carlile, during his tenure, has diligently
served the County and its citizens in his employment with the
Agricultural Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board, on its own
behalf, and on behalf of the residents of the County of Butte,
expresses deep appreciation for the unselfish devotion and outstanding
service rendered to the citizens of the County of Butte by Joe
Carlile during his 20+ years of employment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 14th day of February, 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler
and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
