Resolufion No.84-24
RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION
OF ROGER GILBERT
WHEREAS, Roger Gilbert, through his law firm, has provided
public defender services to the County of Butte for several years;
and
WHEREAS, Roger Gilbert was recently appointed by the
Governor of the State of California as Judge to fill a vacancy in
the Butte County Superior Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board, on its
own behalf, and on behalf of the residents of the County of Butte,
expresses its deepest appreciation to Roger Gilbert for the fine
services he and his law firm have provided to the citizens of the
County of Butte in their role as public defender;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board expresses its
heartfelt congratulations and wishes Roger Gilbert well in his new
role as Judge of the Butte County Superior Court.

this 14th day, of February, 1984, by the foxlowing vote:
