RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ESPLANADE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Esplanade
Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State of California",
has been filed caith the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
This Board approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included
in a proposed assessment district to be known as Esplanade
Assessment District No. 1, County of Butte, State of California,
This Board finds that the map is in the form and contains
the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets
and highways Cade.
This Board directs the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
to certify the adoption of this resolution an the face of the map,
and to file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement
in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts.

I HERESY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of March, 1984, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisors Nane
