RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ESFLANADE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
This Board of Supervisors approves that certain agreement
between the County of Butte and NORTH STAR ENGINEERING or services
as Project Engineer for Esplanade Assessment District No. 1, County
of Butte, dated the 6th day of March , 1984, and attached to
this resolution.
The Chairman is authorized to sign the agreement and the
Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized to attest its
execution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adapted by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of March, 1984, by
the following vote, to wits
AYES: Supervisors flan, Fulton Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NGES: Supervisors
ABSENT: Supervisors
