PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Richard
Gavranich, and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement and light and air easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on tray 1 1984, at 10:00 J,m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Lincoln Park Subdivision, Lot 8
Light and Air Easement
A.P. 40-37-21
Being the westerly 5-feet of that certain 20-foot light
and air easement lying within a portion of Section $,
T21N, R2E, M.D.M. as shown on the map as Lot 8 of
Lincoln Park Subdivision recorded in Book 43, Maps of
Record, at Pages 13 and l4, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being the westerly 5-feet of that certain 20-foot
light and air easement lying parallel with and
contiguous to the easterly lot line of said Lot 8
of Lincoln Park Subdivision.
Said Map showing the light and air easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement and light and air easement to be abandoned is on file at the
Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.

3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 13th day of March 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: Mone
ABSENT: gone
NOT VOTING: None
