A RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS SETTING THE HEARING FOR THE
THREE PUBLIC ROAD CONNECTIONS PROPOSED FOR
THE SECTTON OF HIGHWAY 32 SITUATED TEN MILES
NORTHEAST OF CHTCO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adapted Resolution
No. 77-182 at its regular meeting of November 22, 1977 requesting
additional public road connections to State Route 32, between 10
Mile House and Garland Road; and
WHEREAS, the three public road connections to State
Highway Route 32 under consideration traverse a section of Butte
County in which land divisions have been pending far an extended
period of time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, that a public
hearing be set far Tuesday, April 10, 1984 at 1:30 p.m, in the
Board of Supervisors' Room, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California. Representatives of Caltrans will be present at the
hearing.
PASSED. AND ADOPTED, this 13th day of March 1984, by
the Butte County Board of Supervisors, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Bolan, Fu~.ton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman 5araceni
NOES : None
ABSENT : Iaone
NOT VOTING : None
