RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND
EAST RIDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On April 14, 1981, the Board of Supervisors adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 81-74 for public improvements in
East Ridge Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California.
Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in ---
the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the
improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fund,
would be applied in accordance with. Section 10427.1 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of Completion
was recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder on March. 1,
1982. A11 claims upon the improvement fund have been paid.
1. A balance of $ Zg,3g6,82 remains in the
improvement fund for East Ridge Assessment District, and said
amount is surplus.
2. The amount of $ 18,_366.82 shall be applied as
a credit upon the assessments levied in East Ridge Assessment District,
in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways
Codp.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Treasurer's office for their use in making
the credit to each assessment.

Z HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
13th day of March 1984, by the follovaing
vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
