RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITION TO ABANDON A RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Stan
Bell, and others, requesting the abandonu~ent of aright-of-way as
described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets- and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREk'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on April 24 , 1984 at lo:oo a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described right-of-way.
Edna's Way
Right of Way
A.P. 36-24-29
Being the westerly 30 feet of that certain 60-foot
right of way known as Edna's Way lying within the
south half of the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 25,
Tl9N, R4E, M.D.M., as shown on that certain parcel
map recorded in Book 87, Maps of Record, at Page 9,
County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel Three
as shown on said parcel map, thence S $8°49'51" W
30.00 feet, thence N 02°35 l0" W 30.00 feet to the
true point of beginning, thence continuing N 02°35'10"
W 260.30 feet, thence S 89°40'39" W 30.00 feet, thence
S 02°35'10" E 260.74 feet, thence N 88°49'51" E 30.00
feet to the true paint of beginning and the end of the
above description.
Said Map showing the right of way to be abandoned is
on file in the Office of Butte County Department of
Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.

3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
