RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
APPROVING THE BUTTE COUNTY ARTS COMMISSION PHASE III ARTS PLAN
WHEREAS, the California Arts Council and the California State
Legislature have established a State/Local Partnership Program designed
to encourage local cultural planning and decision making; and to reach
previously underserved constituencies; and
WHEREAS, a plan for the arts in Butte County has now been submitted
to the Board of Supervisors of Butte County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte does hereby approve of the Butte County Arts Commission
Phase III Arts Plan as submitted to the California Rrts Council by the
Butte County Arts.Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of march ,
198 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
