Taxation Code ss99, added by Chapter 282, Statutes of 1979, and amended by Chapter 1161 of the Statutes of 1979), [agreement amended January 31., 1980)," does not specify the sharing ratio between the Town of Paradise and the County of Butte; and WHEREAS, it is necessary for an agreement to be reached on the exchange of property taxes between the two entities before the annexa- Lion can be legally complete; and WHEREAS, the County of Butte- does not wish to delay annexation proceedings reQuested by this property owner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVr~D that the County of Butte agrees to a property tax split for the above-mentioned annexation with 56a of the property tax revenue allocable to the Town and County to be retained by the Town, and 440 of said property tax revenue to be paid to the County. Said 56/44% split to be effective July 1, 1985 and remain in effect following annexation of said properties to the incorporated limits of the Town of Paradise until otherwise agreed to by the Town and County through an appropriate Master Agreement.
