RESOLUTION GIVING ASSURANCES OF THE
NON-SUPPLANTATION OF COUNT° FUNDS B"
THE COUNT`y JUSTICE S`: STEP1 SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California °outh Authority has been
authorized by the legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention Program,
and,
WHEREAS, the California `~outh Authority required assur-
ances that the state subvention will not take the place of
county funds presently being expended for the Program included
in the funding request, for the 1984-85 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that ail County Justice System Subvention
Program funding requests in the county's application as
approved on March 27, 1984, will be spent for purposes set
forth in Section 1806 (a) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 27th day of March, 1984, by
the following vote:
A°-ES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT ~ None
